About us

Centre for Education and Development (CED) is a non-governmental organization which works in the Municipality of Tearce region since December 2006. The organization has as a target group of young people 12 to 28 years, and to achieve its goals always activities including youth, teachers, parents, leaders of institutions and other leading organizations.According to its strategic plan, CED in the next three years as has its priorities: Reducing deviant behavior among young people, and that by organizing cultural and sports events, protection of the environment, through awareness raising activities of citizens, improving interethnic cooperation between the nationalities living in the region, organizing joint activities.

Young people have skills, knowledge, and attitudes to take on initiatives and build a healthy and developed community where different ethnicities peacefully coexist.

Together for Inclusion

wbf coverCenter for Education and Development in North Macedonia recently hosted a successful exchange on inclusion, welcoming teachers from Albania and Kosovo to participate in a series of events and activities aimed at promoting inclusion in education. The project was funded by the Western Balkans Fund and led by EdGuard from Kosovo, with the CED and CRCAA serving as the project's partner.

SUMMER CAMP REBELS FOR PEACE

slika 1The Center for Education and Development continues its cooperation in the framework of child exchanges in the Swiss state, namely in the city of Trogen in the Pestalozzi children's village. The children's village is a camp in itself, which serves for numerous activities of non-formal education of children through different methods to raise their capacities and develop their integrity in society. In Pestalozzi, children from North Macedonia have the opportunity to socialize with children from different countries of the world, who spend time together strengthening their intercultural knowledge.
