The purpose of this assignment is to improve market knowledge and linkages by researching existing market connections and potential distribution channels for key products: <strong>potatoes, cheese and dairy products, honey, and beans<\/strong>.\r\n\r\nThrough this research, cooperative members will gain a better understanding of market opportunities, expand distribution channels, and establish new connections with buyers and demand-side stakeholders.
