Centre for Education and Development (CED) is a non-governmental organization which works in the Municipality of Tearce region since December 2006. The organization has as a target group of young people 12 to 28 years, and to achieve its goals always activities including youth, teachers, parents, leaders of institutions and other leading organizations.According to its strategic plan, CED in the next three years as has its priorities: Reducing deviant behavior among young people, and that by organizing cultural and sports events, protection of the environment, through awareness raising activities of citizens, improving interethnic cooperation between the nationalities living in the region, organizing joint activities.
Young people have skills, knowledge, and attitudes to take on initiatives and build a healthy and developed community where different ethnicities peacefully coexist.

Since its foundation CED identified
ecology as their scope. This need has come as a result of many
activities and meetings with key people of the organization,
who have identified this area, and asked CED in the coming years to work in this program.

On 21st of March 2022, for more than 10 years in row, CED in cooperation with PS "Kiril Pejcinoviq"-Tearce, PS."Faik Konica"-Dobroshte and PS "Ismail Qemali"-Nerashte, organized the "Day of Ecology", with many activities. We had more than 50 children coming from different villages (Dobroshte, Nerashte, Tearce, Pershefce). When they arrived at the school we welcomed them, we let them to present themselves and we divided every child into 5 different groups.
The director of Center for Education and Development, Metin Muaremi, conducted an interview for the show "HORIZONT" broadcast on TV Pologu last week. Muaremi, who is also the chairman of the ‘Friends of Sharra’ Platform, spoke about the idea, challenges and work done to influence the Sharr Mountains to be declared in the National Park category.
Today in the premises of the Municipality of Tetova, the director of the Center for Education and Development-CED, Metin Muaremi held a working meeting with the Mayor of Tetova, Mr. Bilall Kasami. During this meeting Mr. Muaremi informed the mayor of Tetova about the activity of CED where for more than 15 years through projects mainly in the Polog region,
Center for Education and Development has also brought innovations in terms of media. Using social media to identify problems, publish them and raise social and institutional awareness, CED has made it possible through the satirical show 'FACE OFF', with the support of the US Embassy in North Macedonia.
On December 28, on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the founding of the Municipality of Tearce, the Mayor Mr. Nuhi Neziri organized an event in which the Center for Education and Development-CED is grateful for the contribution given to the development of education and culture in the region of the Municipality of Tearce.
In the period November - December 2021, the Center for Education and Development - CED, within the "Eco-Incubator project", supported by the General Secretariat of the Government of the Republic of Northern Macedonia, implemented a cycle of trainings for young people on entrepreneurship, career development, teamwork and skills to be a successful businessman.
