In the period November - December 2021, the Center for Education and Development - CED, within the "Eco-Incubator project", supported by the General Secretariat of the Government of the Republic of Northern Macedonia, implemented a cycle of trainings for young people on entrepreneurship, career development, teamwork and skills to be a successful businessman.
The training is dedicated to young people and is based on previous training conducted by CED and certified and consisted of four modules, including the introductory module (Entrepreneur Values and Skills), job search skills and communication skills in entrepreneurship and teamwork and leadership. On the first day the participants should get to know each other, they expressed what they expected from the whole agenda program. Also on the first day the group rules were set. Participants were trained on how to access employment information, how to write a CV and cover letter. Also on the first day the participants had the opportunity to get acquainted with the interviewing techniques through acting. In the following days, participants defined communication and played games with the objective of active listening, in order to increase their communication skills with entrepreneurs. Also, a point of discussion on the second day was verbal and nonverbal communication.
During these exercises, the participants also defined the terms leader and manager and through various games discovered in themselves whether they have leadership or follow-up skills.
Also within the trainings was organized a presentation by Mr.Jovan Bozinovski, President of the Mountaineering Club "Luboten" -Tetovo who spoke on the topic "Utilizing the potential of Eco-Tourism in Sharr Mountain", as success stories and opportunities for future entrepreneurs.
At the end of the training they said that the training helped them a lot to reinforce the information they already knew but also learned many new things.
At the same time the training was attended by over 60 participants and at the same time had the opportunity to participate high school students, including high school students, students and unemployed youth. A positive and motivating atmosphere lasted throughout the training and all participants showed interest in everything involved in the training.
