31.10.2014, With the majority votes of the Council of the Municipality of Tearce was approved the "Local youth development strategy of the Municipality Tearce ".

This project was implemented by the organization Centre for Education and Development (CED) in collaboration with the Municipality of Tearce and financial support of UNDP (Programme for United Nations Development) and the Agency for Youth and Sport within the government of Republic of Macedonia.

Preparation of the strategy is very important because the available sources to achieve the goals are usually limited. In the creating of the local strategy for youth there will be involved all stakeholders who belong to the target group.

The youth through this document in long-term can anticipate the implementation of their goals to improve their lives in the municipality Tearce.

The strategy consists two parts:

Seven year strategy to 2020 and an annual action plan in five areas identified as priorities:

Youth Employment;

Culture and Sports;

Youth Information;

Youth Participation;

Local youth work;

In the creating of the local strategy for youth there will be involved  all stakeholders who belong to the target group - youth or working with them directly or indirectly, such as members of  Youth Council and Parliament, representatives of the Municipality, representatives of the Municipality Council, representatives of NGOs and other relevant stakeholders.
