Open Call for Bids: Travel Agency for an Study Visit in Croatia
The Center for Education and Development (CED), a North Macedonia-based NGO, partners with We Effect to implement “Empowering Rural: Fostering Sustainability in Local Communities,” a project aimed at enhancing education, sustainable development, and environmental conservation in the Shar Mountain region.
As part of this initiative, CED and Sharri will organize an international study visit for members of a local cooperative to visit a cooperative in an EU member country in the region,-Croatia. The selected company will be responsible for organizing and facilitating a 6-day (5 nights) international study visit for 7 participants to Croatia. The purpose of the visit is to enhance knowledge, build capacity, and exchange best practices with a regional cooperative.

Potential suppliers are invited to take part in the tendering process by submitting the above-mentioned mandatory documentation from October 16 to October 30, 2025, with the deadline for submitting offers on 30 October.

The expected dates of evaluation and contract award decision is between 01 and 05 November 2025.
