Position tasks:

- In cooperation with the project team to create a quality inspirational film to awaken the leadership potential of young people;
- Presentation of the film in different places along Shar Mountain;
- Creating an open call for trainings that interested participants will be able to access by filling out and participating;
- Logistics during 7 full-day trainings that will last 6 hours a day;
- The creation of the manual for (self) employment and entrepreneurship will be in eco context;

Required knowledge and skills:
- Experience in project coordination (at least 3 years);
- Group work, flexibility
- Solid knowledge of youth policies;
- Interest in the topic of youth inclusion and youth employment;
